  1. Untuk membuat chocolate shells, lelehkan milk chocolate dengan cara ditim. Tuang adonan coklat kedalam cetakan coklat hingga penuh (saya pakai cetakan coklat bahan polycarbonate), diamkan beberapa detik dan langsung tuangkan sisa coklat kedalam mangkuk kembali. Coklat yang tersisa di loyang akan membentuk kulit praline. Bersihkan sisa coklat di permukaan dengan cake scraper / spatula lurus.   2. White chocolate ganache base: panaskan krim kental hingga berbuih (jangan sampai mendidih). Tuangkan ke atas white chocolate yang telah dicincang kasar. Diamkan 1 menit, baru diaduk hingga tercampur rata dan semua coklat meleleh.
  3. Greentea ganache: campurkan 1/4 bagian white chocolate ganache base dengan greentea powder, aduk rata.
  4. Strawberry ganache: campurkan 1/4 bagian white chocolate ganache base dengan selai strawberry, aduk rata.
  5. Mint coconut ganache: campurkan 1/4 bagian white chocolate ganache base dengan mint extract dan dried coconut, aduk rata.
  6. Banana ganache: campurkan 1/4 bagian white chocolate ganache base dengan banana paste, aduk rata.
  7. Masukkan semua bahan filling kedalam plastik segitiga. Gunting sedikit ujungnya.
  8. Semprotkan bahan filling kedalam chocolate shells yang sudah hampir mengeras. Isi hingga hampir penuh.
  9. Tutup dengan menggunakan sisa milk chocolate. Bersihkan sisa coklat dipermukaan dengan menggunakan cake scraper / spatula lurus.
  10. Masukkan praline dalam fridge (kulkas bawah) hingga mengeras. Keluarkan dari cetakan jika sudah mengeras.
