  4. Didihkan air, rebus kentang hingga setengah matang, masukkan kacang panjang sampai agak lunak, angkat tiriskan. Seduh toge dg air rebusan kentang, angkat tiriskan.
  5. Penyajian ; tata sayuran dalam piring saji, tambahkan tahu dan telor, siram dg bumbu kacang, taburi irisan seledri, bawang daun, bawang goreng. Nikmati dg kerupuk dan tambahan lontong ato nasi putih anget jg oke kok.
